Bill Johnson

Bill Johnson

Bill Johnson founded TDi Technologies to deliver 24/7/365 infrastructure management for mission critical government and corporate networks. Mr. Johnson and his mission critical customers understood infrastructures had to be independent of the devices they were managing.

He is a recognized Thought Leader by such prestigious organizations as The SANS Technology Institute and the Software Security Institute – the first person to “sound the clarion call that we may be vulnerable to attacks via the baseboard management controller.” (www.sans.org)

Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure management field. He is a regular speaker for professional IT organizations regarding data center automation and enterprise computing and is on the Board of Directors of Connect, the worldwide HP user group.

Beginning in 1996, Mr. Johnson and his team were awarded patents for their innovative methods of “outside-in” infrastructure management, a paradigm where the infrastructure was being actively monitored and managed even if the O/S went down. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.

David North

David North is a TDi Technologies co-founder with Bill Johnson. David built the company’s first products, emphasizing reliability and architecture for the future. David has helped TDi Technologies build its engineering team sharing a common “failure is not an option” vision of product performance and customer support.

David, who holds US Patent Number 6,505,245 -“System and Method for Managing Computer Devices” is a key contributor to the company’s Intellectual Property base.

In 2006, a customer survey of 250 of customers revealed the common finding: “the TDi Technologies product just works, it never breaks.” David’s experience, attention to fundamental architectural principles and leadership have helped build software products that “just work” 7/24/365.

Prior to co-founding TDi Technologies, David worked at ITI, a major telecommunications service company. He led the architecture and development of an automated Operator Assisted Services solution for the company’s worldwide operations.

The solution enabled savings, streamlining of operations and real-time fault-tolerance resulting in high availability, customer satisfaction and cost savings and the net result, profitable operations.

David received his Bachelors in Computer Science from Abilene Christian University, in Abilene, TX. He has more than 25 years of experience in the computer science field, specializing in enterprise software engineering.

Camilla Schmitz

Camilla Schmitz

Cam Schmitz is a recent addition to TDi Technologies and already proving an integral part of the TDi team. Cam is a hands-on leader with over 17 years of accounting/finance and business development experience.

During her 15-year tenure at large regional and global public accounting firms, she maintained strong professional relationships with firm clients and was a highly-recommended senior manager. Most recently, operating as CFO, Cam was responsible for all accounting/finance aspects of a community health system. She led the company through numerous revenue generating and cost-savings projects.

Cam has extensive experience working with company leadership, other management and supporting staff. She brings with her a personal approach, yet professional drive to meet company and customer goals.

Cam received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Norbert College in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area and is a licensed CPA in three states. In her personal time, Cam is an avid cyclist and represents a local elite women’s racing team.

Pam Johnson

Pam Johnson is a 25-year, growth-phase software veteran. Johnson thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment assuring customer success and solving business problems. Her responsibilities at TDi Technologies include professional services, customer support, sales, marketing and innovative projects development.

Johnson received her B.S. in Engineering Technology from Cameron University and has pursued classes toward her M.B.A at the University of Texas at Dallas.

In her personal life, Johnson’s interests include performing as a member of a local symphony and photographing her husband’s passion for motorcycle racing.
